HIWATER is quickly making waves in the melodic techno scene with his dark, driving soundscapes and immersive basslines. In less than a year, his debut single "Cautious" peaked at #10 on the melodic techno charts, gaining support from major names like Korolova, Krismi, and Monoverse. His remix of the trance classic "Touch Me" climbed to #3 on the progressive house charts, backed by heavyweights such as Agents of Time, Regard, and Giuseppe Ottaviani. Due to his success, HIWATER has been commissioned to remix remakes of iconic tracks like Oxia's "Domino" and Three Drives on a Vinyl's "Greece," both releasing later this year. His upcoming remix "Alone in the Dark" is already gaining early support from Armonica, signaling another milestone moment.

 

Growing up in New York's underground scene and now based in Los Angeles, HIWATER draws from a rich musical history. Alongside his music, he hosts the monthly radio show Hell or HIWATER on DI.FM, showcasing his evolving sound to a global audience. Though new to melodic techno, his roots as a trance producer under the artist name Dave Correa—releasing on Spinnin' Records and supported by legends like Armin Van Buuren and Paul Van Dyk—add an exciting layer to his rapidly growing career.
